Search letters: Date

The date component of the search letters page allows you to restrict your search to only those letters written on a specific date, month or year:

Date [back to letter search]
date range…

day (with or without leading zero, so "1" or "01")

month ("01" or "1" for January, "02" or "2" for February, and so on)

year (full year, "1751" not "51")

Clicking on the date range… button allows you to create a date range to find all the letters within a specific period:
